This PATH is designed to assist you in increasing your performance as a runner. Whether you run for fun, health, or competitively, your speed, endurance, flexibility, and coordination can all be improved.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist your mind and body's ability to:

  • Shorten muscle and injury recovery time

This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.
